You, Me and Everyone We Know Batch 005 is an American Wild Ale with a tart, fruity, and funky character developed from extended aging in a large Oak Foeder. Wild yeast give this beer a farmhouse character that is enhanced with a generous addition of blackberries. Aging the beer on blackberries gives it a rich fruity flavor and a crisp tart finish.
We will be pouring these Louisana brewed beers from Great Raft:
* Fifth Anniversary Sour – This beer was brewed to celebrate Great Raft’s fifth anniversary during their third year. This 7.0% ABV Flanders inspired red ale was conditioned in wine barrels for over a year and then aged an additional few months on Michigan Montmorency cherries for a little extra tartness and a touch of sweetness.
* Double Dry-Hopped Oceans Between Us – Oceans Between Us is a 100% Brettanomyces IPA and an ever-changing exploration of funk and hops. What is Brettanomyces? Think about Brettanomyces, commonly referred to as “Brett,” as slow-moving yeast producing a wide variety of earthy, topical, funky, and mildly tart flavors. This version comes in at 7% ABV and was dry hopped with Simcoe hops, known for its fruity, earthy and piney flavors.
